SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

Please be assured that your order will be promptly processed, and handled and delivered with exceptional care and service. Packaging and shipping methods are dependent upon the nature and contents of the order as well as the destination and delivery requirements. Estimated delivery dates are determined based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method and destination. Tracking information will be included with order updates as applicable.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

On Arrival:

Please inspect all packaging for any damage that might have occurred during shipping and handling. All orders are handled and packaged to ensure their safe transport and sound delivery. If your order is received with obvious external damage to the packaging, please refuse the shipment unopened recording damage with the carrier. This will ensure prompt replacement or refund. If, upon opening your package, you find damage to the contents that had been concealed, please keep all of the original packaging and notify us immediately.

Quality Concerns:

Un-Gyve assures that all items have been inspected in advance for manufacturing and production faults. If any such faults, defects, or missing components are discovered upon receipt of your order or upon installation or use, please notify us immediately for prompt remedy, refund or exchange as appropriate.

Imperfections and variances in certain handmade goods, antique or vintage items, and natural and handworked materials ranging from paper to stone should be expected and are not classified as manufacturing or production faults or defects. 

General Terms:

Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Restocking fees will apply to certain items and orders.

Requests for a RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION must be made in advance and the RGA notice must be included with all authorized returns.

Returned or exchanged products must be in new, perfect, saleable condition, including all original packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards. Return of books will not be accepted if the shrink-wrapping, barcode, or other labels have been removed or damaged.

Custom, commissioned, special orders, and limited editions, are not returnable or accepted for exchange.

Merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. The original manufacturer's labeled packaging should be enclosed within an outer shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging.

All returns must be properly packaged according to original shipping conditions by a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
