The surface is tougher than marble stone, superior to acrylic in every way, with greater strength than steel alone — scratchproof, hygienically non-porous and permanently UV-resistant. A wet-in-wet enamelling process, perfected over decades, permanently binds three ultra-thin layers of a proprietary formula to the titanium steel form fired twice at 850° Celsius, producing a uniquely smooth surface for baths, basins, and shower trays. High-Tech and Hand Finished
Sophisticated designs made possible by one-of-a-kind moulding techniques—the steel isn’t stretched but smoothed into shape with a force of 800 tonnes to achieve the greatest degree of precision and a particularly low, uniform steel thickness.
The basic form is then configured by cropping according to the dimensions and finishing the outer edges individually. An automated serial production line can handle more than 600 different colours and numerous additional features.
